The President

Born and raised in the South East of London, the University of East London student and rising entrepreneur by the name of Ryan Jermaine Bruce (pictured above) wears many hats. He is the Managing Director of Glocal World Entertainment, an International Radio Presenter (The Ryan J Radio Show), Urban Music Industry Specialist, and the Founder & Executive Director of The Dream Revolution; a social justice organization established to aid the BME community in moving forward in the areas of politics, education, and business. Having lectured at the world-renowned Oxford University as an undergraduate on “The Decline & Uprise of Black Education”, as well as working with a number respected names and organizations in his fields of passion & expertise, his work is surely making his name known both nationally and across the borders.

In March 2012, Ryan founded ‘The Dream Revolution’; a community-based organization that focuses on dealing with education, economic, and political injustice (particularly within, but not limited to, the Black Minority Ethnic community), and works closely with similar organizations to help encourage, motivate, and inspire the African & Caribbean community to move forward in these areas. At present, The Dream Revolution is running it’s first campaign, which aims to register a record breaking number of new black voters before the 2014 Prime Ministerial election.

Ryan is a very about social justice activist and as a result of this, he has been granted a variety of opportunities which have include speaking at world-class universities, and being an active voice in the UK media concerning issues that effect the black community (particularly with the ‘Trayvon Martin’ case). He was also invited to a London Rally for Trayvon Martin in May 2011 where he had the privilege of meeting Sabrina Fulton & Tracy Martin (parents of Trayvon), who were both present.
